Where the credit cards are charged by the hotel for the bookings, this is based on the hotel policy. Visa and Mastercard are accepted universally, but other cards including regionally popular cards are accepted by hotels in different countries.
Where we need to charge you directly for USD Rewards Program Membership, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We do not charge your credit card. The hotel charges your credit card.
When the hotel charges your credit card is dependent on the specific booking terms. For Reserve Now, Pay at the Hotel bookings, the card is taken only as a guarantee and is charged at the hotel on the day of the check in.
Where you have to Pay a Deposit for making a booking, the hotel charges your card when the booking is made.
Your card is secure with us. We follow strict PCI-DSS compliant processes to handle your card information.
Most hotels may have minimum age restrictions or requirements when reserving a room. For example, some hotels with casinos may require you to be 21 years of age to check into a room.

Long-term parking is offered at the discretion of the property. (This is often in conjunction with park and fly rates).

Wherever possible, we will have the facility for you as the Consumer to engage and transact directly with the Provider as well.
We do not offer vacation rentals currently. We may consider offering that in the future.
